1. Services

Kingsbrook Carpet Cleaning provides professional carpet, upholstery, rug, hard floor, and related cleaning services to residential and commercial customers across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The final price may be adjusted if the scope of work differs from what was described at the time of quoting — any changes will be discussed and agreed before work begins.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

6. Liability

Kingsbrook Carpet Cleaning carries full public liability insurance. We take every reasonable precaution to protect your property during the cleaning process.

7. Access and Preparation

Customers are asked to remove small, fragile, or valuable items from the areas to be cleaned before our arrival. We will move standard furniture items as part of the service.

8. Drying Times

Carpets and upholstery may take between 2–6 hours to dry fully, depending on ventilation, humidity, and the type of cleaning performed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
